We communicate with you at every stage of the project from initial site visit to job specific issues and job completion to ensure all the work requested has been carried out to the appropriate standard.

Timekeeping

Although all appointment times are estimates, we strive to be punctual, working in an efficient and effective manner to complete the job in the agreed time frame. Any unforeseen circumstances are always communicated immediately.

Pricing

We believe in fair price for fair work and always produce detailed, considered quotes & estimates.

Insurances

Our insurances are always current and are available to be viewed on request. We have a high level of Public Liability Insurance with an upper limit of £5,000,000.

Your home

We respect your home as if it was our own and ensure that work areas are safe and tidy during works, with full cleaning at the end of the job/each day.

Staff

Our team are polite and presentable. Branded uniform and protective workwear is worn by all employees on each job. We operate a non smoking policy at your property.

Vans

Vans are always parked with consideration to you and your neighbours.

Health and Safety

All employees take health and safety seriously and follow safe practice. A first aid kit, fire extinguisher and PPE is kept in all vehicles.
